The course will provide overview of radiation detection, measurement, quantification, and radiation protection methods. The course is designed to provide a solid foundation of knowledge for individuals who need a clear understanding of radiation basics for their jobs and others with the potential for contact with radiation sources or radioactive material.
The course will provide technical and theoretical information along with practical applications of radiation safety on the duties of Radiation Safety Officer as part of the continuous education. This course is designed for RSO in the industry (i.e uranium exploration and mining, industries using nuclear gauges etc).
Radiation protection training is available for all application of radiation in medicine (diagnostic radiography, fluoroscopy, cardiology, dentistry etc).

- Radiation protection in fluoroscopy guided interventional procedures
- Radiation Protection During C-Arm Fluoroscopy
This course is aimed at personnel who are supervising and responsible for the use of Fixed Nuclear Gauges.
This course provides course participants with the skill and knowledge requirements for the radiation safety and protection of fixed nuclear gauges, including aspects such as: regulatory compliance; radiation measurements and monitoring; emergency preparedness and response and disposal
This course provides course participants with the skill and knowledge requirements for the radiation safety and protection of x-ray inspection
